Natus Neuro offers you the option to choose between two medical plans:

BRMS/Anthem Blue Cross HDHP + HSA Plan:

This plan provides coverage for in-network and out-of-network care, and you do not need to select a Primary Care Physician (PCP) for care coordination.

You are covered at 100% for preventive care when you use network providers.

When enrolled in this plan, you will automatically receive prescription drug coverage through Optum Rx, administered by RxBenefits. You may receive prescription drug benefits at participating network facilities.

It qualifies as a high-deductible health plan, giving you access to a tax-advantage Health Savings Account (HSA).

The HSA is a bank account that allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to help you pay for eligible health care expenses.

EPO Plan:

The EPO Plan uses an Exclusive Provider Organization (network) through Anthem Blue Cross.

You are responsible for less out-of-pocket expenses when you use these benefits but do cost more per paycheck.

HDHP+HSA
The BRMS/Anthem Blue Cross HDHP is a HSA-qualified medical plan that can be paired with a HSA or you may enroll in the HDHP as a stand-alone medical plan.
The HDHP offers coverage when you see in-network or out-of-network providers without requiring a referral from a primary care physician.
