If you are a new employee, you need to enroll for Natus benefits within 31 days of your hire date.

If you are an existing employee and have a qualifying life event, you can make changes to your benefits within 31 days from the day of the event.

I'm a new employee at Natus. What should I do to enroll in benefits?

You must be an active, full-time employee working a minimum of 30 hours per week to receive benefits from Natus. You need to enroll in Natus benefits via Dayforce within 31 days of your hire date and you can start using your benefits immediately.

I'm confused about all the benefit terminology. What shall I do?

Benefit lingo can indeed be confusing. Don't you worry - we've put together a list of key terms terms used by the benefit providers here.
